HubSpot Implementation & Marketing Workflow Design
Led the implementation of HubSpot to support marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and reporting across multiple business units.
Defined lifecycle stages, built automation workflows, and created reporting structures to improve visibility into campaign performance and lead flow. Cleaned and standardized existing data to ensure segmentation and automation could run reliably.
Result: Reduced manual work, improved reporting accuracy, increased CRM adoption, and created a lifecycle and reporting structure that supported consistent execution across marketing and sales.
Product Data Governance & Catalog Automation
Designed structured product data workflows to support eCommerce, distributor platforms, and internal systems. This work supported eCommerce, distributor integrations, internal reporting, and cross-team coordination by ensuring product data remained consistent across systems.
Built validation rules, automation processes, and governance standards to maintain accuracy across large product catalogs. Implemented tools and procedures to reduce errors, improve data consistency, and support faster product launches.
Result: Increased data reliability, reduced manual corrections, and enabled expansion across additional sales channels.

eCommerce & Marketplace Data Integration
Supported product launches across eCommerce and distributor platforms by aligning internal product data with marketplace requirements.
Worked across marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure product data, listings, and reporting stayed aligned across internal systems and external platforms.
Created repeatable processes for preparing, validating, and exporting product content. Ensured consistency across internal systems, websites, and third-party platforms.

Reporting & Performance Dashboard Design
Managed reporting dashboards across multiple product lines to track market share, unit sales, revenue, and key performance metrics used by product management, sales, and senior leadership.
